Early detection of cancer is crucial to improving patient outcomes. Many cancers can be prevented or identified at an early stage if people receive regular medical care and obtain early detection cancer screenings.

Through our Community Navigation Program, Cancer Support Community Indiana is committed to addressing health inequities to ensure people have a fair chance to access, afford, and navigate health care resources and services.

With the goal of increasing access to cancer screening in under-resourced communities, Cancer Support Community Indiana in partnership with the Indiana University Melvin and Bren Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center Office of Community Outreach & Engagement is hosting a free cancer screening and resource event.

This will be a two-day event, taking place in the Martindale-Brightwood neighborhood at Martin University located at 2186 N Sherman Drive Indianapolis, IN, 46218.

Details of the event are as follows:

This event is open to the public.  No insurance is required.  Walk in screenings will be on a first come, first serve.
