This position will operate out of the Franciscan Health Indianapolis location. As well as one day at CSC’s Indianapolis office located at 5150 West 71st Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268. This position will be part of the program team, and will be primarily responsible for conducting counseling sessions, facilitating outreach, hospital partnership management, program management, and leading support groups. This position will be part of the Indianapolis staff team consisting of: Licensed Counselors, Program, Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator CEO, Executive Vice President and Clinical Director and the Director of Operations. and Office Manager. This position will also be part of the program team consisting of EVP & Clinical Director, Program, Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator, Licensed Counselors – Oncology & Clinical Hospital Coordinators, Office Manager, and Director of Operations.
